"Do Not Enter" Naval? Rather than holding back business in Naval shouldn't LGU being improving traffic flow by stopping double parking and reducing Sikad numbers.

"Do Not Enter" Naval LGU, by Biliran on Jun 28, 2017 0:06:25 GMT 8, During rush hours in Naval, strangely traffic is diverted down a narrow and dangerous back street behind Naval Municipal. The street has no pavements or sidewalks and is in an area in the town populated with students who regularly walk to nearby NSU, making the mix of traffic and pedestrians very dangerous.
