With no regulation of the number of Sikad by Naval LGU, it has become near impossible for many Drivers to earn a living. With so many Sikad now on the road it means each one carries fewer passengers per day than if the Sikad were properly regulated down to viable numbers.

Philippines Pedicab, Sikad-Sikad, Trisikad, by Biliran on Jul 2, 2017 1:44:44 GMT 8, Naval Town is now sadly overrun with too many Sikad Sikad or Pedicab. In many parts of the town you can regularly see lines or 20 or 30 Sikad waiting for passengers and empty ones roaming the streets with no passengers and causing more congestion on already busy roads.
