Thousands to be made homeless?
40 meter NO BUILD ZONE markers are being placed in Barangay all around the Province and include thousands of houses with the rumour that they will be demolished within the next year!
Nothing seems clear on what will happen but thousands are worried that they could be forced out of there homes.

Philippines 40 Metre No Build Zone, Cabucgayan, by Biliran on Jun 24, 2017 4:19:08 GMT 8, Piles of unused 40m No Build Zone concrete markers left in a government lot in Larrazabal. It seems at the moment the Philippines Government has abandoned enforcing the 40m no build zone rules along the coast as it was a poor way to highlight areas that might be in danger during Typhoons due to the obvious differences in land levels possible in that 40 meters.
